Under applicable UK data protection legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond within one calendar month of receiving your request.
Right to rectification
If any of the personal data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected.
Right to erasure
You can request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing. Please note that clinical records may need to be retained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Right to restrict processing
You can request that we limit how we use your data while a complaint or query is being resolved.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, including processing for direct marketing purposes.
Right to withdraw consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We will respond to your request within one calendar month. If the request is complex, we may extend this by up to two additional months and will inform you of the reason for the extension.
Right to complain
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
