NeuroCheck Pro Appoints Dr Dinesh Kannan as Founding Clinician
Consultant Psychiatrist joins UK health-tech building a UKCA-track, Class I SaMD platform for adult and child ADHD and autism assessment, with UKCA technical documentation in progress.

NeuroCheck Pro, the UK health technology company building a UKCA-track, Class I Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) platform for ADHD and autism assessment, with UKCA technical documentation in progress, today announced the appointment of Dr Dinesh Kannan as its Founding Clinician.
Dr Dinesh is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Lead for Psychiatry at Medacs Healthcare, with a postgraduate clinical background spanning King’s College London (MSc Applied Neuroscience) and the University of Leeds (PGDip Psychiatry), and Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych). His certification set spans the full clinical range: Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, 2nd Edition (ADOS-2) training (Hogrefe) and the King’s College London “Understanding ADHD” programme, diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, accreditation as an EMDR Therapist (EMDR Association), and International Affiliate status with CADDRA, the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance.
He joins NeuroCheck Pro as the company prepares its first UKCA submission and develops its clinician-led pilot programme. In the Founding Clinician role, Dr Dinesh will lead clinical protocol design, sign off on assessment instruments, and chair the company’s Clinical Advisory function alongside the founder.

About Dr Dinesh Kannan
Dr Dinesh Kannan is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Lead for Psychiatry at Medacs Healthcare. He holds MRCPsych (Royal College of Psychiatrists), is certified in ADOS-2 autism diagnostics (Hogrefe), and trained in adult ADHD assessment through the King’s College London “Understanding ADHD” programme. He holds diplomas in CBT and DBT, is an Accredited EMDR Therapist (EMDR Association), an international affiliate of CADDRA, and a postgraduate member of the British Neuroscience Association.
