Getting started

No. You can sign up and begin your assessment without a referral from your GP or any other professional.

You can complete assessments for ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD (combined ADHD and Autism). Separate pathways are available for adults and children.

Explore is our free tier and includes validated screening questionnaires such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7, ADHD Screener, and Autism Screener. Understand is a one-time payment of £29.99 and provides a full self-guided AuDHD assessment battery with a detailed likelihood report. Confirm is the clinical diagnosis pathway: a UK-based clinician reviews your instruments, holds a video consultation with you, and provides a signed diagnostic report.

Assessments

No. Your answers are saved automatically as you go. Open the app and return to the instrument you were completing.

Each completed instrument includes a results summary explaining what your scores indicate. Understand and Explore results are informational: they describe your trait profile and are not a clinical diagnosis. A formal diagnosis is only provided as part of the Confirm pathway following a clinician consultation.

Yes. During the Understand and Confirm pathways you can invite a partner, parent, teacher, or other person to complete a separate instrument from their point of view. They will receive a link by email and do not need to create an account.

Payments and billing

Explore is free. Understand is £29.99 one-time. Confirm is from £600 (nurse-led) or from £840 (clinician-led), with higher prices for child or AuDHD pathways (full matrix £600 to £1,200). All prices include VAT.

Bookings and appointments

After completing your Confirm pathway instruments, the app will prompt you to select a date and time. Available slots are shown in real time.

Yes, up to three times per booking. Open the app, go to your upcoming appointment, and select Reschedule.

We will contact you by email to offer an alternative appointment as soon as possible.

Reports and results

For the Confirm pathway, your PDF report is generated and emailed to you after your clinician signs off following the consultation. This typically happens within one working day of your appointment.

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email support@neurocheckpro.com and we will resend it.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your reports are stored on UK-based servers and are only accessible by you and your assigned clinician.

Your data and privacy

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you (Article 15 UK GDPR). Email support@neurocheckpro.com with the subject line "Data Access Request".

You have the right to request erasure of your personal data (Article 17 UK GDPR). Email support@neurocheckpro.com with the subject line "Data Erasure Request". Note that some data may be retained where we are required to do so by law.

You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time via Settings in the app, or by contacting support@neurocheckpro.com.

Email support@neurocheckpro.com with the subject line "Data Export Request" and we will send a structured copy of your data within 30 days.
